About the Founder – Alia Noerah Alli
Alia Noerah Alli is the founder of Imaan Luxury Organics, a South African luxury skincare and wellness company recognised for its refined formulations, cellular-focused philosophy, and trademarked High Frequency Skincare™ approach.
With a professional background spanning systems engineering, human wellness, behavioural systems, and entrepreneurship, Alia brings an uncommon level of technical intelligence and systems thinking into the skincare and wellness industry. Her work is rooted in understanding how interconnected systems function — whether technological, biological, emotional, or environmental — and how these systems influence overall human wellbeing.
Alia was among the earliest female Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers in South Africa during a time when the information technology industry was overwhelmingly male-dominated. She spent more than 15 years working within the corporate telecommunications and information technology sectors, specialising in systems engineering, infrastructure, operations, and complex problem-solving environments. This technical foundation shaped the structured and analytical approach that later became central to the philosophy behind Imaan Luxury Organics.
Alongside her corporate career, Alia pursued extensive studies in human wellness, kinesiology, psychotherapy, behavioural observation, and cellular health. Her interest in the relationship between ingredients, human biology, environmental stressors, and long-term wellness led her to further her studies in cellular microbiology through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. This expanded her understanding of how ingredients interact with the body and skin at a cellular level, further influencing the development of the Imaan Luxury Organics formulations.
Rather than viewing skincare purely from a cosmetic perspective, Alia approaches formulation from a systems-based and cellular-support perspective. Her work focuses on ingredient synergy, skin barrier support, plant intelligence, formulation quality, and how carefully selected ingredients may contribute toward healthier-looking skin and overall skin resilience.
This approach has helped position Imaan Luxury Organics differently from many conventional skincare brands. The company has gained recognition for combining luxury aesthetics with deeper formulation intent, using premium oils, botanical ingredients, organic actives, and carefully structured product systems.
Under Alia’s leadership, Imaan Luxury Organics has expanded beyond a boutique skincare concept into a growing luxury wellness brand with national and international interest. The company has participated in scientific collaborations, product testing initiatives, business incubation programmes, and ongoing research-driven development processes. The brand continues to attract attention for its unique positioning within the luxury skincare market.
In addition to leading Imaan Luxury Organics, Alia is also an entrepreneur, mentor, systems thinker, wellness educator, and retreat facilitator. She has worked across multiple industries including wellness development, business mentorship, systems consulting, and media creation. Her ability to combine analytical intelligence with human-centred understanding has become one of the defining characteristics of both her work and the Imaan Luxury Organics brand.
Today, Alia continues to oversee the strategic direction, product development, innovation, and future expansion of Imaan Luxury Organics, with a vision focused on intelligent luxury, cellular wellness, premium formulation standards, and long-term global growth within the luxury wellness and skincare sector.
